# Upgrade to Pro AI

Some subscriptions do not support a direct upgrade of a workspace to the <mark style="color:purple;">**`Pro AI`**</mark> plan (<mark style="color:$info;">Premium</mark>, <mark style="color:$info;">Pro</mark>, <mark style="color:$info;">Basic</mark>). In such cases, the current subscription must be canceled before activating a new Pro AI subscription.

#### Cancel the current subscription

Cancel the active subscription in the workspace settings (Billing tab): \

#### Start a new subscription

After canceling the subscription, a new Pro AI subscription can be started immediately or after the previous subscription period has ended.

Make sure to refresh any browser tabs where Vectary was already open after completing the subscription process.
